I would like to tell anyone who is going to sign up for Medicare for their first time or needs to investigate other plans, please contact Craig Marcott. He is so helpful and informative, as well as considerate of your personal needs. I was so confused on this new journey, and others in the field only left me more confused. Craig is so patient. He makes sure you understand your options in choosing the best plan for yourself. I give him an Excellent rating.

I am grateful that my cousin in-law, a knowledgeable elder law attorney, recommended Craig Marcott for my Medicare needs. He helped guide me through the process of finding the Medicare coverage that was right for me. I am turning 65 and was inundated with mail and phone calls from different insurance companies and agents, all wanting my business. Today, I lack trust in people I do not know, especially with a subject I have very little knowledge of. However, it was quickly apparent that Craig is an expert in his field, and is also someone who knows how to listen to your needs and walk you through all the options with clarity. He helps you to make the best decisions, with no pressure and with your best interest in mind. I immediately felt very comfortable speaking with Craig. It was like talking to a caring, trusted friend. I highly recommend reaching out to him with your concerns or questions regarding Medicare. I am glad I did!

I was new and completely confused by all the options with Medicare. It’s not an easy path to navigate. One of my close friends said, “Craig Marcott is your guy”. He was responsive, insightful and took me slowly and purposefully through my applications. I never felt any pressure—everything was my decision. Being as busy as I am working for a startup, the follow-ups and reminders were exactly what I needed. So happy I was referred to Craig.

I was fortunate to meet Craig Marcott, at a Zoom seminar about Social Security and Medicare, from my local library. He covered important information about retirement and the steps to enrolling in Medicare. Topics included supplemental plans, prescription plans, etc. He later assisted me in completing specific steps and meeting deadlines in a professional manner. He is a valuable asset in planning for retirement.

I want to thank you for the terrific job you and your team of specialists have done. My son’s Transition Coordinator highly recommended you as a special needs resource, and you’ve lived up to every bit of your reputation. Your expertise, thoroughness, thoughtfulness and compassion have made this a real “Wow” experience—from guardianship to the SSI/Medicaid application. We plan to use you and your team for our legal documents as well, so that we can ensure Timothy’s future. I recommend you to all of my friends. I just tell them to look for the red sneakers!

Thank you ever so much for your assistance in obtaining guardianship for our son, Brendan. You greatly helped to turn an intimidating, onerous and time-consuming process into something that was manageable for us. You also were very communicative—keeping us well-informed each step of the way. We look forward to utilizing your services again in the near future.

Things went really well at our guardianship hearing. The judge was such a nice man. When we went before him he asked if we had done this on our own, which made me a bit nervous since we were the only ones there without a lawyer. I told him we used a Special Needs Consultant and he went on to say how impressed he was by the way the paperwork was done! So a big “thank you” on a great job! P.S. The judge told us what we were doing was the absolute right thing and not enough people in our situation petition for guardianship. Thanks again for all of your help.

We thank you from the bottom of our heart for all you do and have done for our family and other families like ours! Thank you!

It is not easy talking about a time when you won’t be here for your special needs child. It’s not easy to plan for a future that you won’t be a part of. It’s not even easy to acknowledge that there will be a time when you won’t be here at all. And especially it isn’t easy to trust that your child will be cared for in an appropriate and secure way. But, Craig Marcott makes this difficult journey easier with his compassion and personal understanding of what it is like to have a loved one with special needs.

Craig Marcott’s knowledge and expertise helped us obtain Guardianship and SSI/Medicaid for our son, Nicholas. He and his team also helped provide a secure future for Nicholas and have given us peace of mind.

Just wanted to take a minute to let you know what a difference you have made in my life, and my son Casey’s. I fondly remember meeting you in a seminar at James E. Allen Elementary school. It was at that seminar that you opened my eyes to what lay ahead for Casey in terms of planning for his future. When I sat with you at my initial consultation, I knew right away, you were going to be my Financial Needs Consultant. Over the years you have guided me through a Special Needs Trust, SSI Benefits, Financial Planning, Guardianship and aging out to a Group Home. You have been professional, warm, friendly and caring. I especially like that you can relate to my situation, as you openly share your life and experiences with your special needs brother Scott. I wholeheartedly recommend your services, as they are the best money I’ve ever spent.

On behalf of all of us at the Rogers Memorial Library, thank you for making the trip out here to talk about planning for Special Needs individuals. Your presentation was excellent, and your life’s work is a real inspiration to us all.

Thank you for your help in expediting John’s guardianship. Your efficient and professional manner was very much appreciated by my husband and I. We are very much satisfied with the work you and Craig put into our petition. We will be happy to recommend your services to other parents with special needs children.
